AMN Passport Referral Promotion
Official Rules
Referrals via AMN Passport can only be submitted using the Refer a Clinician to AMN call to action via the Share and Refer button under the Profile section.
To qualify for the referral bonus, the name and phone number for your referral needs to be included on the referral form. Email is optional. If your referral is a match, a recruiter will then contact your colleague and introduce him or her to AMN Healthcare, Inc. and its affiliates and speak to them about completing an application.

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for AMN Healthcare, AMN Passport or its affiliates and successfully download AMN Passport. Once it has been validated that your referred candidate has downloaded AMN Passport, you will earn a referral bonus of $35 USD for each clinician you refer that successfully downloads AMN Passport.
ELIGIBILITY: In order for a referral to be eligible and the referrer to receive the $35 USD, the referral must follow the outlined eligibility terms. This is a trade promotion ("Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) offered in the fifty (50) United States (“U.S.”) to U.S. citizens 21 years of age or older who are physically residing in the U.S. and are employed (full or part-time) as a Nurse or Allied Health Professional in one of the stated disciplines for a minimum of 12 months within the last 36 months, and have an educational degree, nationally recognized board certification, state license, or on the job training in such discipline at time of entry, and whose participation is not subject to any conflicting contractual, legal or other restriction (eligible “Entrants”). This particular Sweepstakes excludes commercial business entities, doctors and other health care professionals not considered by Sponsor to be Nurses or Allied Health Professionals (as determined in its sole and absolute discretion), or who do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria and all requirements herein. Officers, directors, representatives and promotional/marketing agencies of AMN Healthcare, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees or contractors who are engaged directly or indirectly in the development, administration, execution or implementation of this Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and persons in the immediate family of such individuals (spouse, parent, child, sibling, partners and their respective spouses, and foster and step-relations) regardless of where they reside, or those living in their same household (whether or not related) as any person in any of the preceding categories are not eligible to enter or win a prize.
Assignments in all of the disciplines below qualify for the referral bonus program.

IMPORTANT NOTICES: Entrants agree to be bound to these Official Rules, Privacy Policy and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding. Entrants have the responsibility to review and understand applicable policies, laws, rules and/or regulations including tax implications and any other limitations regarding eligibility to participate in promotions and/or receive prizes in connection therewith (collectively “Policies and Laws”). Furthermore, if Entrant enters without obtaining the appropriate approvals, or if an individual is participating in violation of any such Policies and Laws, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the Entrant and forfeit their prize, if applicable. In order to be verified and receive a prize, all potential winners will be required to timely respond to prize notification by furnishing proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules and to sign, have witnessed and return within the time required a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and (where legal) Publicity Release (“Release Documents”) or will forfeit the prize. Prize will be forfeited if Release Documents are not accurately completed and timely received according to the Sponsor’s instructions.
Data provided by the referrer and referee may be shared with a third-party vendor so the vendor can track referrals and bonus payments. Any outstanding accounts receivable balances must be resolved before bonus payment is made.
Referrals to other AMN Healthcare affiliates will be governed by the terms and conditions of AMN Healthcare’s referral program (including amount of the bonus).
Any and all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the person receiving the bonus, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any person receiving a bonus will be required to provide his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes. The value of the bonus will be reported on the applicable IRS form (W-2 or 1099).
AMN Healthcare, Inc. reserve the right to disqualify referrers for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for fraud in its sole discretion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER AMN HEALTHCARE, INC. NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
We reserve the right to change the referral programs terms and conditions and end the program at any time.
INDEMNIFICATION & RELEASE: BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, OTHER PROMOTION ENTITIES, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS (USED TO FACILITATE OR ADVERTISE THE SWEEPSTAKES) AND THEIR PARENT, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ALLEGED AND/OR ACTUAL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DEMANDS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS (WHETHER OR NOT LITAGATION IS COMMENCED), LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXISTING NOW OR ARISING IN THE FUTURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DISABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, VIOLATION OF PROPRIETARY, PUBLICITY, PRIVACY OR ANY OTHER RIGHTS), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, COURT COSTS, SETTLEMENT AND DISBURSEMENTS) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE ENTRY OR COMMENT IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION AND/OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITIES, ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR APP, AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. By entering and/or accepting a prize, Entrants and winners covenant to the fullest extent permitted by law not to sue any Released Party or cause them to be sued regarding any matter released above, and not to disaffirm, limit or rescind any releases herein or Releases executed. A waiver by one or more of the Promotion Entities of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision. Any provision adjudged to be invalid shall be struck from these Official Rules and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins on or about 12:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on or about May 24, 2021 and ends 11:59 pm PT on June 30, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). All entry requirements (i.e. App download and sign-in (defined below)) must be completed within the Promotion Period, or will not be eligible. This Promotion or any element thereof may be terminated, cancelled, or modified by Sponsor in its absolute sole discretion, and without limitation, any time period extended, shortened, or modified due to exigencies of the circumstances (as determined by Sponsor).
